Rayne North Primary is a small rural school in the North of Scotland. They received 50 tree saplings from ERS to help set up their own School Tree Nursery in January 2018. Teacher Stephanie Stephens has kindly provided these photos and an update on the school’s tree nursery
"Thank you for your trees. We began by sharing them around each family in the school. It was the 140th birthday of the school. Along with creating a school mosaic and having a party we allocated a tree to each family to commemorate the 140th birthday. Some were also planted among the mature trees in the school field. We have started a school scrapbook to allow the pupil to send us photographs of the trees in their new homes. We have provided some photos of the trees being allocated at assembly and of the trees in their new homes."
