Aylesford Primary School, Aylesford - children planted 16 native trees into their nursery - they also received an educational workshop on trees and why they matter from Trudi, one of ERS Representatives.

Blean Primary School, Cantenbury -  Blean Primary School is a strong community that supports and enhances the education of the children in their care.  Their mission is to provide a rich learning experience, which both challenge and support their young learners, whilst providing them with a happy and caring environment in which to develop.  The school has started their first tree nursery this year with 50 native trees.

Brenzett Public School, Brenzett - children planted 28 native trees into their nursery with the assistance of Trudi, our ERS Representative, where they also received a workshop on trees and why they matter.

Claremont Primary School, Tunbridge Wells - children planted 20 native trees into their nursery, as well as receiving an educational workshop on trees and their importance.

Riverview Infant school, Gravesend - this school has been awarded with an eco-flag, and the children have created a tree nursery with 50 native trees.  The children in KS1 are just beginning their time in school and are altogether in classes of up to 30 children. They will see the trees all together in a tree nursery and will watch the changes as the trees grow; reflecting changes they will aware of in themselves.  The nursery is sited at the main entrance on a small lawn.  The trees can be studied close up and many areas of the curriculum can be catered for by working with them.
