Holme Court School, Biggleswad, Bedfordshire is dedicated to help children with learning disorders. With specialist expertise in Dyslexia, the school works with children and parents to ensure that all are able to realise their full potential in life. They joined our programme last year and have been planting a tree nursery with stately Ash and Oak trees.
Putnoe Lower School, Overdale, Bedford - they cater for pupils aged between 4+ to 9+ years. It is a non-selective school and draws its pupils from a wide range of social backgrounds, cultures and abilities.
We have sent them 250 native trees for their newly established nursery.
Riverview Infant School, Gravesend - They became the first Kent Infant school to be awarded the Green Flag by ECO Schools. They have just been awarded their second Green Flag. Members of the school promise "to look after our school environment and make it a nice place to be"; their school ethos is that everybody should be happy in school and learn as much as possible. This year they are designing a tree nursery to restore their local community with us.
