Burnwood Community Primary School, Stoke-on-Trent - they planted 400 native trees and the children each labelled their own tree.
 
 
Birches Head High School, Stoke-on Trent - they aim to support each child developing the skills, values and knowledge to prepare them for the ever changing lifestyle of the technological age of the 21st century. As a school they are fully committed to providing an education that prepares our students to take an active role in their communities.  They have received 100 native trees to restore their local biodiversity. 
 
 
Goldenhill Primary School, Stoke-on-Trent - children are preparing the beds for the creation of their tree nursery in their school grounds.  50 native saplings will be planted in the nursery by the children.
 
 
St. Peter's C of E Primary School, Stonnall - 50 native trees have been planted.  This is a small primary school and this programme is being run by the school eco-club for junior children.  There is a great interest in all things green!
